Jobs

How would you like to spend your days working for a great cause along with an amazing staff, helping happy guests and enjoying spectacular views of farmland and ocean?

Our 150-site campground is a part of our nonprofit organization, with a mission of transforming our relationship with farming and food for a healthier planet. Our 626 oceanfront acres are set along four miles of Casco Bay shoreline, located just 5 miles from Freeport’s 100+ shops and restaurants, and just a half hour from Portland. Happy cows graze and children play while our farmers teach apprentices, our researchers work on solutions to climate change, and our campers unplug and unwind.

Our Visitor Services team members enjoy generous discounts on local and organic foods at our Farm Café and Farm Store, access to our kayaks and hiking trails, and a positive, supportive work environment where each person is valued for their contribution.  Open May through October, we hire positive, enthusiastic, and talented people who are happy to work hard to provide a memorable experience for our guests. We have a limited number of RV sites and dormitory-style housing options and a cash bonus for folks who complete the season. Did we mention free coffee?  Apply today!
