A-Frame Cabins

A-Frame Style Cabins

We are so excited to offer a new way to spend the night at Wolfe’s Neck Oceanfront Campground: an A-frame! These cozy, 120 square foot A-frame style cabins offer a different experience but still allow guests to unwind and enjoy the beauty of being outside with nature. Comfortably accommodating two people, it lands somewhere between tiny house living and cabin camping, crafted from restored barn materials here at Wolfe’s Neck Center.

Claire's Place

Welcome to Claire’s Place!

Claire DeGrandpre was the Wolfe’s Neck Farm Manager’s wife and mother to four sons, all who worked at the farm, from 1968 to 1994. She valued the natural beauty of Wolfe’s Neck Center and routinely offered ideas on how to bring visitors to enjoy this beautiful place. Claire’s Place is built with many reclaimed materials from around the farm and offers the following amenities:

  • Two single beds – 75″ long by 30″ wide (optional sleeping cot available)
  • Interior lighting and 120-volt outlet with two USB ports
  • Keurig coffee pot
  • A small space heater or fan depending on the season
  • Bedding for the two beds (pillow, sheets, light bedspread – bring additional blankets or sleeping bags to adjust for sleeping comfort)
  • Outdoor gathering space with Adirondack chairs, a gas grill, a fire ring, and picnic table

The Claire’s Place A-frame cabin does allow for one pet for an additional pet fee. It is located at site 302 in Middle Bay, which is conveniently close to a toilet facility and a dishwashing sink. Click here for a campground map.
