Off-Season Camping

November 1st through April 30th

Wolfe’s Neck Oceanfront Camping has limited recreational camping during the off-season (November 1st through April 30th). You cannot make a reservation during this time. All camping is first come, first serve.

Know before you go:

There is no water and no trash removal during this time. Dry camping only.

*When snow is on the ground, there will only be 2 sites plowed:  Site 421 and 422

Cost

$25.00: non-electric sites

$40.00: electric sites

Any occupied site MUST be paid for by cash or credit card. Registration is self-serve and done at the front of the registration office. You will be asked to complete a registration form and submit your payment. Campground security will verify payment and registration information.

  • Campsite check-in time is 1:00 pm or any time after; Check-out time is 11:00 am for all sites.
  • The ONLY OPEN TOILET is an outhouse located next to campsite 413. ALL other facilities are closed for the season.
  • We limit off-season camping to a 7-night maximum (weather dependent).
  • No skirting, foam board, or ground attachment structures are allowed.
  • No fireworks, firearms, or archery are allowed.
  • No unattended fires.
  • When snow is on the ground, there will only be two sites plowed: Site 421 and 422
  • Dry camping ONLY. There is no water and no trash removal during this time.
  • Two dog maximum per site. Dogs must always be on a leash and should not be left unattended.
  • Limit your campsite party to four or fewer people. Parties larger than four people will be asked to disband. Failure to disband, and repeated requests to disband, will be followed by eviction from the campground without a refund.
  • Our pump-out station is open year-round but is not accessible during the snow season as the road is not plowed. Use of the pump station is free to camper guests. For Non-campers, a $25.00 fee is required, cash only. Drop payment off through the drop slot at the Camp Office door.
